    My record is 6 of crossfit and 14 of just cardio and weight machines.

    probably in the 20s or 30s... dunno I never counted but I went balls out when I first started losing weight

    7 I believe. I normally do 6...and my 6th day consists whilst training of a 13-20 mile run. It is hard to justify or feel like a workout the day after a 20 mile run, and honestly you don't feel like it anyway. A workout after a long run day is hardly effective. I could probably go morr than 7 days if I was doing exclusively gym/moderate exercise but everyone needs at least one day off.

    Probably 30 or so. I make it most days after work for a small weights split and some cardio because I need the extra calories to accommodate dinner with wine. I only skip it if I have a social engagement for dinner or drinks associated with work.

    Maybe 4? I hate the gym. I hate that I've had to go two days in a row because it's been raining.

    If I go more than 10, I am way over-trained and start regressing. I take off every Saturday and that helps keep me on track.

    Never more than 3-4 times in a row, even with cardio. Muscle builds when it is repairing, not when it is being stressed!

    maybe five or six or seven. Ooohhh, wait, I log all my MFP exercise. Could probably run a report for the last year and find out for real...heheheh
