Can I do weights and lose weight at the same time to lose weight? Like doing dumbbell and pushup stuff and losing what I have to lose which is 165 pounds?

I lift weights and eat at a deficit and still lose weight. I'm sure you can too! I'm not an expert, but strength training has helped me.0

You SHOULD absolutely lift while losing, as it helps retain muscle mass.0

Yes. Go for it. Feel good.

The resistance training is important and its helping you slow the rate of musccle loss. Its a lot harder to gain muscle than prevent its loss in the first place. So another yes.0
