I'm looking for a few diet buddies to help keep each other motivated via the News Feed
I'm 31. Mother to one 5 year. I want to loose about 75 pounds. Currently my diet is just to aim to eat mostly healthy choices and stay in my calorie range.....I keep busy and active daily....but I want to add any amount of exercise daily.
