Rarely post to anything but just started MFP today and it has been GREAT! I eat healthy but I didn't realize how many extra calories all that "healthy" food was adding, Let alone the food that wasn't healthy. Hope I can stick with this as it seems logging in and tracking can be really helpful in this fitness journey! I'm happy to be apart of the community! Let's do this!
