P90X3 and T25 doubles...this ain't easy

I did T25 over the winter, lost 15 lbs and had much much better cardio and core strength. When I finished the series I stopped working out consistently. I did not know what I wanted to do next and fell off the wagon, gained back 5 lbs and lost most of my cardio strength.

I recently started doing P90X3 with my wife but she felt she wanted to do more cardio. She has cystic fibrosis, thankfully a mild case. But the cardio of T25 benefited her greatly.

So, I'm doing T25 again with her at night. And I'm doing the P90X3 Mass program in the morning.

I'm 44, 6 ft tall and 207 lbs of out of shape middle aged man. I'm eating 2000-2300 calories a day and trying to keep my protein intake around 150 a day.

This routine is tough but I kinda like it. I feel I am getting a very well rounded workout. My goal is to be stronger and fitter, get down to around 195 and 15% body fat or less if possible. Any experts see anything wrong with what I am doing?

I'm no expert, but I don't see a problem with what you're doing. As long as you are getting proper fuel and rest, you shouldn't have a problem. Good luck!
