Hi All,
So thought I would submit this as presently I am about half weight through my journey
Stats:
6 Foot, 30 Years Old, Male obviously
December 2013 - 140ish
Start Weight for Diet: 137KG in June
Current Weight in October 15th
110KG
What I am doing
* Firstly I quit smoking when I started this diet and pleased to say that I have not gone back
* Gardening haha.. Seriously digging my back yard out with a shovel and wheel barrow instead of a digger Hard work - about 8 weekends worth of work.
* Walking to work 2-3 Times per week - 5KM Work
* Daily pushups and squats
Usual Meals - Try to average a balanced 16-1800 calorie day of good quality foods with occasional 2000 calorie days to mix things up once or twice a week.
PORTION CONTROL
* Chicken/Pork/Steak with Vegies/salad and Kimchi for dinner
* Almond Milk and fruit for brekky - Usually apples or bananas
* Long black coffees now with ground cinnamon
* Occasional Barley wraps with chicken and vegies/salad
* Salmon, Kimchi on light rye toast for lunches
* Subway 6" Wheat bread on occasion, Always with avocado for lunches
* Still on occasion eat bad stuff and drink too much red wine and vodka I have swapped my drinking from cocktails and scotch and coke to red wine or vodka/scotch and soda water
* Still have occasional pizza, sliders, bad stuff but cut out majority of white bread and sugar products.. Stopped drinking juice.
* Chilli and Tobasco sauce on vegies/salads rather than mayo/dressings seems to work quite well ... Plus seems to fill me up better.
* Lots of apples, bananas and strawberries when I am hungry also loving the Spicy Capsicum dip with broccoli or low calorie/salt crackers
* Not sure if available overseas but in Aus check out the jamie oliver chicken range, low calories and quite good for you Plus their chilli chicken is out of this world!!
Still a long way to go but so far this has been my recipe for success.. Will start weight training once I get to 100KG but for now just ensuring that I don't move to fast.. I was already pretty strong and fit under all the crap haha...
Please feel free to take a look at my diary or add me.. Think I am going ok but always open to ideas/criticism... Bring on the debate/crazies hahaha

Thanks All Still alot more to do and down to 110 today.. Hoping to be at 105 or below now by Christmas Hopefully 100KG but not pushing it.
The smashin chilli chicken is from woolies.. They have also got Lemon Pepper and quite a few others.. The calories and sodium levels are more than acceptable And a good range of foods to chose from...

Congratulations on your progress so far. Loving the fact you're doing exercise that many wouldn't consider a norm. Heck, I'm sure that wheelbarrow is much harder than lifting dumbbells.0
