Lost Motivation

Hey all, I have been on my weight loss journey since June 2012. Then, I was at my highest weight of 170 lbs at 5'3 and living a very unhealthy lifestyle. I worked hard at eating right and exercising, and in 3 months I lost 35 pounds. I was so proud of myself. During this time I was unemployed and looking for a job, and in September after getting over halfway to my goal I finally found work. Since then, I have been falling off the wagon. a lot. I'll go for a while exercising, eating right, and logging calories but after a while I get burnt out and binge on junk and stop exercising for a few weeks. It's been like that since September. I do switch up my workout routine to avoid boredom and I also have cheat days so I won't feel deprived, but I just can't seem to stay committed to reaching my goal of 120 pounds.
The upside is I haven't gained all of my weight back since then, I've done a decent job at maintaining between 135-140 pounds. I'm looking for advice on how to get back into the proper mindset to commit to a healthy lifestyle for good, or perhaps people who have had (or are struggling with) the same problem.

Thanks in advance :)

I'm always setting reachable goals for myself.

When I was losing the weight, its wasn't just 30lbs - that was a long term goal. I set little goals of 5-10lbs, by a certain date.
Now it's focusing on certain body parts in the gym, or trying and sticking with a new routine for a few weeks, then mixing it up again.

Good luck in finding what motivates you!
