    Love to I'm 5 ft 7 currently 75kg (165lb) and over the past year or so have lost 14kg (30lb) and would love to lose 9kg (20lb) with you all before Christmas!

    I'm 142 lbs now and my goal is 128 lbs, but I don't think I'll manage all 14 by christmas. I'll go for 8-10 lbs and hope for more.

    It's weigh-in Wednesday #6 for me. So far I'm down 11.4 pounds, which has already exceeded my goal of 10lbs by Christmas. I've upped my target to 15.
