Feeling full on 1100 calories?? Help

For some reason for the past week I've been getting full on 1100 calories or less. My target calorie goal is 1200 a day but by the end of the day I realize I haven't eaten enough to even make 1200. My issue is I feel too full to eat anything else by the end of the day and feel like eating more would be overkill.
It's strange because I'm sure before using MFP, I could eat 2000+ calories a day or more easily. Ever since I've been on this health kick, it's harder for me to consume more calories.
Any help or anyone who can relate?

Can't really relate (I hit my goal of 1950 pretty easily ), but you could try adding a handful of walnuts to oatmeal, or grab a spoonful of peanut butter for a snack....add avocado to a salad, use olive or coconut oils in cooking and/or dressings - these will add an easy 100 calories to your day without adding a bunch of food.0

Volume of food is what fills you up. Calories are a measure of how much energy food can be converted into. Saying a certain number of calories fills you up doesn't make much sense. I could easily eat 1500 calories of key lime pie in one sitting, but it would be tough to eat more than a couple of hundred calories of greens. So you need to add in some calorie rich foods that aren't too unhealthy.0

Consider making your diary public?0

If you are full after 1100 calories and feel guilty of not hitting 1200 is there maybe a liquid drink you could have that would bump it up? Milk or a healthy juice perhaps?0

I am full on 900 to1000 cals a day, I am struggling to eat more but I am very heavy and think maybe this is how I got there! My general meals this week have been cereal for breakfast or poached eggs, then chicken and veg, plus strawberries for dessert. Only first week but I am generally full after this, however at the moment I have mobility issues and am practically housebound, so maybe my calorific requirements have reduced0

When you eat healthier foods, they have less calories so they don't add up as fast!! I never reach my calorie goal, but I don't worry about it because I'm never hungry!!0

Easy, add healthy, more calorie dense foods, like avocado, nuts, nut butters, seeds, full fat dairy or even some dark chocolate.
There is a balance to be found and it is unlikely you will stay the course if you try and do this eating only so called 'clean' foods. Unless you plan on eating only 'healthy' foods for life, you might be best allowing a treat a day to pull your calories up.0
