I started this journey 4 weeks ago. I had been working out but my weight was not moving. So my doctor set me up with this and ask that I not log exercise. I was a little disappointed to have only lost 6 1/2 pounds but it was a start. My goaled is to do a 5 K for colon cancer research in March. A cause close to my heart as my spouse is a survivor. But loving this app it helps make it easier.
