    Beautiful. You carry your weight so well, I can't see where you need to lose 30-40 more pounds. But, you know what you need way better than what can be seen in a picture. So, fantastic way to stick to your goals and that you have chosen to be healthy over all the temptations out there including the temptation to just sit in front of the tv and veg. What a great inspiration to others you are.

    You look awesome! Great job! And you just helped me make up my mind about calories! I just posted something on my wall regarding this saying I wasnt sure if I wanted to stay at the 1200 range and since you are saying 1200-1400 calories that helped me. I was thinking 1200-1700 but 1400 isnt bad for a max either. If you don't mind me asking how long did it take you to lose all the weight?
