continue cutting on a injury or maintain

Hello iv been cutting for a while and the weight has been dropping steadily I train boxing twice a week 2 hours and gym.
I had a injured shoulders which is getting better and now I have a new injury elbows which is really painful just typing this gives me pain
should I go on maintance calories or continue cutting keeping protein high

depends on what you are trying to accomplish, how you feel, and what activity you are able to continue with. I've done it both ways - the main thing to remember is to adjust your calories accordingly since you are probably less active. How much you adjust is up to your goals.
Like you said, though, keep protein high - you will likely lose some muscle due to inactivity anyways, so try to minimize it.0 -

yeah I need to do that I will just focus on rehab and getting stronger
