How to log power90 workouts?

Just started MFP and can't figure out how to log in my workouts. I've been doing P90 since 5/10. Cardio one day, Sculpt the next etc. with Sunday off. Can anyone tell me the best way to log these into MFP. Thanks from a newbie.

I use my heart rate monitor to tell me how many calories I burned. Then I search for an exercise and when it doesn't find it I add it myself using the button at the bottom. Then I add the name of the exercise how long and how many calories I burned. HTH!0
