all I do is walk bike and yoga

Do you think this enough to help me maintain my weight and stay healthy, like get all the benefits of exercise that help reduce chances of stroke heart disease etc

Most likely, yes. Depending on what type of yoga (stretching vs. more strenuous) you might want to consider adding resistance training to help maintain muscle and bone.

    yes and no.

From an exercise standpoint, it's fine... but without a reasonable diet, exercise is all but meaningless.

    80% diet, 20% exercise IMO

I would add a full-body strength training routine 2x a week. Too many reasons to mention.
I'd also add some running or sports too, for increased bone strength, plus lots of other benefits, both physical & mental. Diversity in a fitness routine is important.

I run, cross country ski (Nordic Track), and yoga. Seems to work for me, but I'm sure some circuit weight training would be beneficial.
