Hi guys,
Today I realized that I am done with my eating habits and the way I eat. February 2014 I started to lose weight and I went the wrong direction. I was 145 went down to 93 went back up to 110 tried to maintain but I couldn't gained a lot a lot back now I'm about 135lbs but this time I want to lose weight the healthy way. I want to break my bad binging disorder and not have it anymore and I want to lose weight the right way because the wrong way won't stay off. Does anyone have any advice? Did I damage my body bad when I starved it? And also I want to do muscle too should I loose the weight than start weight training to do both?

Not enough info, need to know height and age. Check out the posts about tdee and BMR. Weight is a matter of calories in vs calories out. Being under 100 lbs is excessively underweight unless maybe you are under 5 ft.0

you asked alot of questions so ill try to keep it as short as possible. You want to set a goal to lose about 1-2lbs per week and no more. I would recommend starting at 1600 calories with macros 0f 50% protein 30% carbs 20% fat, that will take a week or so to get the hang of but you can do it! I would suggest doing resistance training now that way you can build some muscle while you lose but set a goal of losing the weight first then building muscle second, thaat can be done with changing your diet when you meet your goal weight. You probably had some metabolic damage when you lost the first time but dont worry it is most likely fixed by now.0
