Psyllium porridge

I made this today, and all I can say is... ehhh. It worked, but I'd much rather just drink it down in water and be done with it.

    I've never been able to add psyllium to anything hot without the entire thing turning into a gelatinous mass.

    Fortunately, that didn't happen to OP. She is still with us, thank heaven. I recommend prune juice, myself. And ground flaxseed is great.

    I used to add it to oatmeal, which worked, but solo the texture was an issue, heh.
