Pelvis supporting compression shorts/capris

I've been in physical therapy for 8 weeks for a torn hamstring. Long story short, my hamstring tear was largely caused by a misaligned pelvis/spine, so the therapist wants me to have pelvis supporting compression shorts to help keep my pelvis in line while I run.
UnderArmor used to make CoreShorts that did just that, but they don't seem to manufacture them any more.
Does anyone know of any other brand that makes something similar? I'll check with her again when I go next week, but was hoping to get running again now that I've gotten the go ahead.

Try physio tape. You can add support wherever you need it, even along your spine. If you're not sure where to put the tape, your PT should be able to show you.0
