Hello everyone. So abou 4 months ago i decided to get in shape and have lost 20 pounds so far. My i have been eatin low calories during the week with a cheat meal every sunday. Okay so irecently started a new diet low carbing. What i wanted to know was should i wait a while to have another cheat meal or should i just stick to low carb during the week and still have my cheat meal. Also do it matter what kind pf carbs i eat. For example i was able to have a bag pf cheetos and a swiss roll yesterday in maintaince without going over my new. Carb intake.

Why do you want to go low carb? Is it for medical purposes?
In my eyes, low carbing isn't needed unless you absolutely need to. A caloric deficit where you can eat anything you want outweighs low carbing in my eyes.
You will lose a lot of water weight on low carbing, but that's generally put back on when you start consuming carbohydrates again.
Looking at your profile, you've lost 20lb's. Is there any need to go low carb to get to your target?0
