Logging exercise that isn't in the system.

So I'm trying to track my activity, but at this point my "exercise" isn't exactly in the system. Today, for example, I spent about 2 hours dragging around and setting up 12' steel livestock panels, and in about 15 minutes I'm going out to wrestle, tag and sort 30 sheep ranging from 80 to 170 lbs.
Any suggestions?

You can make your own workouts. I do this frequently if I'm feeling snarky and name it something funny.
Are you looking for figuring out an accurate burn? For me, as a rule of thumb, I go 10 calories per minute if I'm pushing myself, 5 if it's not, and adjust from there.0 -
I'd get an HRM, even though it's only really accurate for steady state cardio.0
