Ending the yo-yo dieting forever

Hi. I am new here. I have struggled with my weight my whole life. I have yo-yo dieted all over the place for the last 40 years or so. I did that to try and keep up in a profession that demands thinness and beauty. (Musician). But I retired from playing 5 years ago and got a day job behind a desk so of course I ballooned up to 200 lbs. I got down to 154 on my own with just exercise because I am so tried of all the dieting. But now I realize that if I want to get to my 135lb goal that I am going to have to restrict my calories and eat higher quality foods. In other words, cut out the junk. Hard to do because hubby is a junk food junky but I know I can do it. Anyway, nice to meet y'all!
