Alright here's my question, I work out about 3 hours a day but not together..I do weight lifting for an hour at about 12 and wrestle at 2.. When I get home I run 2 miles... This is a daily routine except for Sunday's ... I eat 1850-2000 calories a day.. I tried to eat more protein than carbs but wheni do, do this I don't seem to have the energy to get through the workouts at the limit I know my body has .. Can I sill lower my BF% if my diet consists of about 40%protein 30% fat 30% carbs? (Ps somedays carbs goes to 40% because I have a harder workout)... I am at 12% Bf atm and my goal is 9%.. Is this diet gonna work or do I have to increase my protein and decrease carbs?
Also the 1850 cals consist of many lean proteins and veggies so it actually is a lot of food

Are you at least 18?
If you need more carbs to get through your workout, eat them. You lose weight due to being in an overall calorie deficit0 -
No one can give you advice on how much to eat without knowing your stats. age, sex, height, weight and activity level. However there is nothing wrong with the Macro split that you mentioned that is how most people eat in good shape. However the right way to figure out how much protein to have is to calculate your number based on your lean body mass.0

Carbs are what supplies the body with energy so if you're having trouble making it through a workout with less carbs I'd say even them out with your protein and try that for a bit. Could also be that with 3 work outs a day you might be burning more than eating 1850 calories is going to sustain you. Just something to consider.0

None of what you are talking about really mentions calorie deficit. Eating protein, for example does not equal weight loss. Calorie deficit only = weight loss. Doesnt matter how you get there....0
