hello, ive been gone for several months and have gained some nasty weight back in my middle area. I blame it on a move and all the stress that comes with it. I want and need to get back where I was, I was doing great, lost 7lbs, now ive gained 5-6 lbs, any advice?, im in my 40's

Do what you did to lose the 7 pounds, eat at a deficit.0

start out at 1600 calories with macros of 50% protein 30% carbs 20% fat and exercise at least 3 times a week. youll lose it in no time0

Good luck, but I think it is important to take ownership of your weight and not point the finger elsewhere. This is just setting you up for failure again if you let other things take control of you. You are in control of everything you do with your body.0

My advice is find what motivates you use this to drive yourself then eat healthy and exercise weigh and measure food and log accurately at the number MFP gives you and that's it0
