Almost 2 years ago I lost 10-15 lbs on this. Instead of switching to maintain I stopped and slowly lost progress. I figured if I exercise more without logging I could lose it but no. Logging is easy except I get stressed about dinners. I'm sure I can do it again. I just can't let dinner beat me. I have no idea what was in tonights dinner. Could use support getting back on track. Other things about me, my daughter is 3 and my husband stays home with her.
