    And hey, look on the bright side: At least lean roasted turkey breast is relatively healthy. If you avoid eating all the desserts and calorie-packed side dishes, you can escape the table without doing too badly overall.

    Americans are not the only people in the world. Thanksgiving comes earlier in Canada than the USA. You are on the internet. The internet connects you to people throughout the world. Try to remember that there are other countries in the world and on the internet.
