Try, Try, Again!

Hey Everyone!

This would be my third go around on MyFitnessPal and to seriously plan on living a healthier lifestyle. After two books and a fair amount of online research, I have decided that a Keto diet is best for me. Seems like an easy way to make it a "lifestyle change" as opposed to a diet that's difficult to stick to.

I also have a new found dairy allergy (boooo :neutral_face: ), and I see dairy is very popular for those living a Keto lifestyle.

Anyone have any advice on that?
