Maintenance After Losing Weight?

Hi,
I have lost over 30 pounds this year by using MFP (went from 155 to 123-125ish). For the past 4 months I have been on a strict 1200 calorie diet, and exercising heavily 6-7 times a week. I've also been doing p90x for the last couple months and will be completed with phase 3 in a few weeks! So, now that I am finally at my goal weight, I want to maintain my weight but still keep losing tummy and leg fat through my vigorous exercise program. How many calories should I increase my intake by to maintain my weight of 125? It's very difficult for me to switch to maintenance mode, because my mindset is still in diet mode and I feel like I am cheating myself if I eat more :/
Thanks so much!

This is just one of those things you have to figure out on your own usually /: Try upping your calories by about 100 per day each week until you start leveling out. That's what I'm currently in the process of doing. It's a very uncertain period of time but as long as you stay dedicated and don't fall off the wagon, nothing bad is going to happen. However, 1200 calories seems really low per day if you're doing P90X. Do you mean a net of 1200 calories?
