2nd time around

Really hoping I don't have to wait for 3rd time around to be the charm. I have tried a number of food journals, etc. 17 day Diet, Biggest Loser, etc. I know that what works is keeping track of what is going in, testing for my blood sugars and good old exercise. Why is it that when life presents challenges, the first things to go are the ones that I know keep me healthy?
You would think that by time I turned 60 I would have figured life out. Not so , my friends. How do you keep on the straight and narrow?

I think we never really figure it out, its all about challenges. Tracking is the only way I can keep on top of my weight loss and if I want to eat more I need to exercise more, even just a walk round the block or some work in the garden. Feel free to add me and we can try tackling those challenges together.0
