Try pre portioning out the food from your grocery haul when you get home. Instead of buying those weird pills or meal replacement things pick up some glass containers with lids(mason jars of all sizes work and they are cheap) and a bunch of zip lock snack baggies. Portion out your groceries when you get home. Pack a feed bag and fill it with a days worth of meals, snacks and drinks, including dinner and take it with where ever you go. Take it to work, to the grocery store, to the mall. Plan your meals and make a grocery list before you go to the store. Weigh out your food portions. Log your food each day. Look up new recipes and make a big batch and portion it out and freeze it. Consider a walk around the block or wait 20 minutes before you head back for that additional serving of whatever. Plan to succeed.0
