So its been a very rough week for me, T.O.M snuk up on me this month, I usually wouldn't start until next week I don't know if it has something to do with the change in diet and exercise or what but it came early and I was unable to prepare myself mentally and some of my cravings got the best of me. Also I had no way of logging on to MFP to track, however I wrote everything down on paper and did the best I could to stay within my calorie allotment. I walked/ran just about every night except fro Wednesday due to severe down pours, there has been days where it has rained and I still went out but because of T.O.M fatigue, cramps, and bloating I could not make myself go out in the downpour. Still I am hoping for the best not expecting much weight loss but hoping that I did not gain. I will know in 2 1/2 hours from now. Wish me luck MFP friends...

Just remember that this one week does not matter much in the grand scheme of things. Whether your weight goes up, down or stays the same the important thing is that you stuck to your plan even when life threw obstacles in your way. What didn't come off this week will be gone the next, when you form good life habits.0

That's great! Even if you did gain, it wouldn't be fat ( assuming you didn't eat over maintenance) it would just be water. Remember that for the future.0
