Went grocery shopping last night. Picking up some New York Steaks for the grill tomorrow night. As I passed through the Frozen Food section, I saw some Frozen Goat. Threw it in the basket, much my wife's dismay. Never bought Goat before, but I've had it and loved it. It's cubed and frozen. I think I will stop on the way home tonight and get some plain Yogurt and Indian seasonings (tumeric, Curry, Coriander, etc.) and make a marinade. Make Goat kabobs to go with the steaks tomorrow night.

If it works, I am going to seek out some fresh goat.

Anybody else have any suggestions?

I've never cooked it, but I order it frequently at a Vietnamese restaurant. There it is marinated in sweetened soy (similar to teriyaki sauce) and char grilled. Goat curry is a traditional Caribbean dish, so I would google that for recipe ideas.

I do like those alternative lean red meats like goat, venison, ostrich. Not so crazy about the sweet taste of horsemeat though.
