Do you eat the calories you have burned through exercise? I'm on a program where I get 1200 calories per day but I never eat any of the calories I burn after working out. I've only been doing it for 3 weeks but I'm finding that as I increase my work outs I'm becoming starving. Should I start eating some of the calories I burn?

You shouldnt eat a set number of calories but a deficit off of your total burn.Do you eat the calories you have burned through exercise? TDEE-20% is pretty standard for most people. Advanced dieters/bulkers will manipulate this amountI have dumb on today, what do you mean the deficit off the total burn?
Total daily energy expenditure.0 -
If you're set up through MFP you should be eating back your exercise calories. Your weight loss deficit is already set in. It's what gives you the 1200 calorie goal with no exercise. Exercising and burning calories makes the deficit even larger which can be bad.0
