How do you track pizza that is cut in squares? I'm having a difficult time calculating it.

First find the diameter of the pizza and divide it by 2. Then square that number, and times it by Pi (3.14, rounding is OK!). Write this number down.
Next measure how wide your slice of pizza is. Square this number as well. Divide it by the number you wrote down earlier. Times this calculation by the total calories in the pizza and you are golden, pony boy!
Also, you could weigh it. Or guesstimate.0 -

Guesstimate as best as you can; all you can do!0

If the pizza is from a chain that has their nutritional info online then you could go by the calorie count for your particular pizza & call it a day.
If your pizza came from a local mom & pop pizzeria then just pick an entry that sounds the closest in the database.
