It's a new start!

Hello everyone! my first time posting here but after today, I realize that what I was doing was finally paying off. Good nutrition, healthy food and exercise. Things that I use to hate like running, I do everyday. I hate it but it is working. Just wanted to share everyone my progress since I started. I have just started on 21 day fix and Shakeology! Love it!! Also doing 30 day shred by Jillian plus riding my bike to work and run during lunch. Looking forward to finally reach my goal by my birthday in 2 months and few days..will post more progress soon.
