4 tbsp roasted red pepper hummus
1/4 c part skim ricotta
1/4 c fat free greek yogurt
1 small tomato diced
1 rib celery finely diced

230 calories 14 G protein. I eat it with Simple 7 quinoa crisps for a total of 360 cals and 22 g of protein
