Need Video Ideas - left shoulder bumming

Hello! Looking to glean some ideas from the masses on MFP.
I have an as yet undiagnosed shoulder injury. I've noticed it being achy or twingy in the past, but it is now unhappy enough to interfere with normal activities (taking shirt off, lifting hatch of car, etc.). I work out at home using dvds and youtube with light handweights. I do JM videos, blogilates, yoga, and I walk outside. I think all of these things except walking aggravate the shoulder (things like cobra, planks, arm swings, anything really). Stretching does NOT seem to help. Rest and ibuprofen do, but then I reinjure as soon as it feels "good" again.
I'd like to ask you for suggestions on other videos (preferably that you found for free on youtube) that you use to workout at home that you think could be modified to exclude arm movements (Leslie Sansone walking videos are the only ones I've tried and they seem good, but will need more variety). I need FRESH MEAT! New ideas! What do you love to work out to? I don't mind things with jumps or balancing and I have a swiss ball, so anything with that is a possibility. I fail at dancing, but would be open to dancing that is super repetitive and easy-easy-easy to learn so I don't throw my good fist through the TV.
Just looking for new ideas -ESPECIALLY if this is going to be a rest-for-months type of situation. (and yes, I will go to the doctor and not be a stubborn a-hole much longer. I hear shoulder injuries can accumulate into a lifelong problem).
Thanks for your time and ideas!
