Unhealthy to eat one big meal a day? (keto)

I'm pretty busy with work and school so I don't have a lot of time to prepare meals or even eat. I work at a restaurant and they give you a free meal with every shift, and the food the restaurant offers is incidentally very good for keto because there's a lot of meat and eggs involved.
What I normally do is order a meal (meals here are easily 2000 calories, but I customize and modify mine as much as possible to fit my 1100/day) during my shift and eat it within an hour or so (I'm a slow eater idk)
I've lost a good amount of weight, I don't feel any negative side effects, I am perfectly alert, and honestly I'm performing a lot better in school and work and just daily life. That said, I always hear about the "five small meals a day" and I'm kind of worried. Am I sabotaging myself here?

It is fine, google the warrior diet, it is part keto part intermittent fasting. Five small meals a day just keeps the food industry viable selling their sugar laden snacks which cause people to be hungry every few hours due to the sugar spikes.0

Your one meal a day plan is great. What matters is the number of calories consumed by the end of the day. Timing is not important.0

Meal timing doesn't matter.Eat in bed. Eat after 10:00. Skip breakfast. None of that matters. Just log how many calories you eat in a day.0

As long as you function well with no signs of dizziness, fainting etc.. it makes no difference.0

I wouldn't consider eating once a day unhealthy. It's not a great way to eat, unless you have an excellent reason why you need to do this. For example, it would negatively impact exercise performance. But if you are on a keto diet, you are already suffering poor exercise performance anyway.

OMAD is a pretty popular diet on here (One Meal A Day). I personally don't do it but I have a few people on my friends list who do.0

I've usually only eat once daily without negative side effects. If its not broke don't fix it.0

OMAD is how I lost my weight. Changed my life. Check out my success story and OMAD forums.

This is one of the most ridiculous statements I have seen on these ridiculous forums. Keto will enhance performance in aerobic exercise after 30 minutes. Glycogen stores = 400 calories (30 minutes of exercise) Fat stores = 40,000 calories which can be used as energy. Stop spreading mistruths.1 -
