What do I eat ?2 months left in 2014 - Can I still reach my 2014 goal. Need protein and Iron too

Hi MFP !

Yeah my 2014 goal didnt go that well...so now I have a mad dash the last two months still to meet my 2014 goal of getting fit.

I think I am focused now to do it- Want is that loose 30lbs that was my goal in January 2014. However I do not think I can get that goal in 2 months. Definitely not disciplined to get there or else I would have reach my goal already.

These past 5 days I have challenged myself to drink 8 glasses of water everyday. Not there yet.

I am logging what I eat. but concerned about my protein and iron intake being too low. I dont want to take supplement but do it by eating correctly. Any suggestions.
