What weight would be a skinny weight for someone who's 5'8

    245 pounds of pure hard as a rock muscle. Anything less then that is just skinny weak. :)

    Yes I would imagine a HEALTHY weight for your height would be somewhere around 150. Obviously it will depend on your body composition as to how you look but you should be focusing on what is healthy for you. The way you have phrased this question is a bit worrying.

  • It all depends on your body frame. My boyfriend is 6' and weighs 152 and is very lean. He is muscular but very thin. His BMI is within a healthy range and he's always been this way. He eats about 4000+ calories a day but doesn't gain.

    I'd think 140-150lbs would be a lean weight for someone 5'8". You'd look good instead of looking like you're starving to death.
