LOL, here we go then. I remember my Mother, back in the 70s always seemed to be "on a diet" I didn't really understand and thought it was stupid. Now here I am, my turn

I'm Steve, married to Wendy. We both need to lose some weight, quite a lot in fact. So we're making a start here and it's going pretty well so far
