Hey guys,
So today is my 13th day. 3 or 4 days ago i lost .8 pounds and was very excited. Well yesterday morning after the morning pee when i got up i weighed myself and i was up .2 Well this morning i weighed myself and I was up another .2 I follow everything by the book and even weigh my food with a scale. My goal is 1270 and I have been eating just under that but have not been hungry. I thought I have been eating good stuff. I have my Diary open too. I have also been working on Cardio. Also if it matters I don't have monthly's anymore so I know it can't be that. Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong. Oh and 1 thing i'm not good at is drinking water. I will start drinking more today. But was not sure if that is the problem or not. Thanks.

Sodium, exercise, ovulation, ToM (though you said you're over it now), more carbs than usual, etc will all temporarily increase your weight.
Give it more time. As long as there's a downward trend overall then great.
Also, with having such a low calorie goal, you say you're working on cardio, I would recommend eating a portion of those exercise calories back to properly fuel your body to continue those workouts.0 -
Weight loss is not linear. You'll have days where you go up due to sodium intake or stress. As long as you're accurately logging your food, you don't need to worry about it.0

Thanks guys,
I just hear how people loose a pound a week and I was wondering what I have been doing wrong. I will start eating some of my exercise calories back too.0 -

What you don't hear is the weeks where nothing might be loss and then BAM you lose 3 pounds in a week, which averages out to a pound a week. Don't change anything yet, just do what you are doing and track accurately.
