Seek for friends: Any other college students?

Hi! I'm Danielle, a junior in college. I lost a lot of weight in high school [unfortunately], I did not do it the healthy way], and have since but most of it back on (2/3 to be exact) through my first and second years of college. My highest weight was 215 about 4 years ago. My lowest weight was 167 1&1/2 years ago, and my current weight is 200 pounds.
With heavy course work and lots of fast/junk food being served and few healthy options at my university, it's so hard to stay healthy through the school year. But I decided that instead of calling this a "diet", this summer would be the beginning of my healthy lifestyle transformation so I can get into great habits for next year and not use a temporary term for a permanent change!
I've done all the prelim work (caloric needs, weight loss goals, charts, etc) and am ready to start my transformation tomorrow! I'm looking for some friends to chat with and give/get motivation on this site, so feel free to ad me! I think it'll be extremely helpful to have a network of people that are having the same challenges and successes as I am!

Hope to hear from you soon!
Danielle :)

Hi there! I'm also a Junior although this is my second degree (already got an associates) and I know exactly what you mean about the course work and junk food. I gained almost 40 lbs since the end of my freshman year here but we gotta take the time for "health" in addition to "study" this year, am I right? So lets do this!
