Hello, I am back and determined to make my goal this time. Tired of dragging this weight around and need encouragement bad!

Welcome back. I hope you do well. Eat good healthy and delicious food and you won't miss the junk stuff. If you struggle with your moods (as i do) find a councillor to talk to. I've found it helpful to have that bit of extra support to keep my mood up. A low mood and or stress is a threat to successful weightloss - unless you are so depressed you can't eat. I've just been through it.0
