Not seeing any change.... Is it just me?

I have been lifting weights 3-5x per week (heavy for reps) for about 4 months now and this weekend I took progress pics thinking I would notice a difference as I feel different but I honestly don't see any change.... if anything i feel like I look bigger in the newer pics!!!!

Just wondering...is it all in my head or has nothing much changed??
