HIIT

Does anyone know an effective HIIT treadmill workout that has worked for them.

    I don't know about effective because well i'm still on my journey but what HIIT I do on the tready is I put the speed at 11.5-12 with an incline of 6, 30 seconds on 30 seconds off for 20 minutes.
    If I feel like crap that morning I won't put the incline as high but I am trying to work on getting it higher and faster! I suck at cardio :3

    If you do weights add box jumps or jump lunges & squats inbetween sets to keep the heart rate up :)
