Hi! New to mfp and starting on big push tomorrow

Hi all, I've been teaching myself to run for a few months now, and now that exercise is no longer a struggle and I actually really enjoy it and miss it when I can't do it, I'm starting tomorrow to make a big push toward a strict, structured diet so I can lose weight! I'm currently 5'4", 192lbs with a large frame, so my end goal is 145lbs. I hope this community will prove to help me along!

    Hey, I'm your height. I started a little lower than you are at now but my goal was around the same, though I am finally under 145 now. I started in a similar way, with the running as well. Though, I quickly found that running wasn't helping me lose weight. Feel free to friend me!
