Define "healthy". It's a pretty ambiguous term here.

one cup bisquick flour: 430 calories

    one egg: 70 calories

    ½ cup milk: 75 calories

    Food is good.
If it fits into your goals, it is healthy.

Depends on what you want from it? You asked a very ambiguous question. Just pick what suits you:

Do you want delicious pancakes? Go for it (if it's your style of making pancakes)
Does it fit your calorie and micro/ macronutrient goal? Go for it
Do you want homemade pancakes? In my opinion use flour
Do you eat paleo? Probably not for you
Are you allergic to any of the ingredients? Not for you

How large is your pan? You can make one incredibly big pancake and eat it in one sitting (my preference) or you can make 2-100 pancakes (ok 100 might be little dots) but how do we know how big and thick you make your pancakes?
