Delicious boneless skinless chicken breast
I just pound out a chicken breast and put it in a glass baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray. In a small bowl combine about 1/4 cup low-fat, olive oil mayo, 1/8 cup grated parmesan cheese, a few drops of Sriracha chili sauce, garlic salt, parsley, salt and pepper to taste. Spread mixture over chicken breast and bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven until it reaches 160 degrees internal temp or about 45 minutes. Enjoy!
