Need new fitness buddies :)

Hai, I'm a food & tea enthusiast. I've struggled for years with my weight & failed many times trying to lose weight because of my constant bingeing. I no longer binge! Well, I do on free or "cheat" days which vary from once a week to every other week, depending on how I'm feeling.
My stats- height: 5'4. cw: 184. hw: 191. gw: 170. ugw: 120-140.
I eat healthy, drink protein shakes, & love going for long walks on the beach!
I'm looking for people similar to me. I'm almost 19 by the way. People who need & want help & a fitness buddy so we can motivate each other & keep each other on track!! I've studied health, nutrition, fitness, & mental disorders for 6 years & am gonna take college courses to become a therapist. I'm no pro but I do know a lot.. especially about different diets & how they benefit certain people but not others.

    Welcome to the community! That's great that you've studied health and nutrition! So you know a lot about what to eat and how much. And if you are struggling on eating clean, you are not the only one and there are tons of people who can help motivate you! Feel free to add me and I'll give you the motivation you need!

    Hi!! How are you? I think that we are very similar regarding stats!! Or at least, I think I understand them (current, highest, goal and ultimate goal weight?? hahaha maybe I got it all wrong :p ).
    Anyway, I'm a collage student and I have been here for a week now. I would love to lose 40 pounds, that's why I'm also doing Jillian's 30-day shred circuit program. So, count me in with the motivation and support! I could use it too ;)

    You got the abbreviations right! I wanna do the 30 day shred but maybe later on in my journey as I get more advanced. I'm gonna add you :)
