                    I bought a Gold's gym body cycle,  it is just peddaling like a bike and you can also do your upper body with your arms.  My question is how do I add this to my exercise so I can count the calories for this exercise.   I use stationary bike for the lower body but what do I put in for the upper body part.  Thanks in advance.
