I am using Leslie Sansone workouts regularly and pushing myself very hard. I don't know how many calories I burned in each session. First I lost 4 kgs and gained back 2 kgs. I am doing Jillian's 30 days shred. I am doing everything right so I am confused.

    I also did 30DS. Its great, but you don't burn much calories. For that you need more Cardio. May I suggest 21Day Fix with Autumn Calabrese?
